Endorse and promote the purposes of the National Band
Association. |

Serve as a member of the NBA Board of Directors for 2 years. |

Maintain communication with and assist members of the NBA Student
Chapter Committee as needed. |

Promote student membership in the NBA as well as the establishment
of NBA Student Chapters at colleges and universities throughout the country. |

Establish communication with student members and NBA Student Chapter
representatives across the country with regard to projects, activities,
resources, and/or professional development opportunities. |

Attend and assist with NBA meetings at the Mid-West International
Band and Orchestra Clinic and the NBA National Convention. |

| • |
Maintain a complete record of activities by student members and
NBA Student Chapters. |
| |
|
| • |
Maintain a file of correspondence, materials, articles,
and other pertinent items related to NBA Student Chapters and student members. |

|
| • |
Submit at least one article annually for publication in the National
Band Association Journal. |
| |
|
| • |
Submit a written report at the Mid-West International Band and
Clinic describing major student member-related activities, events and
achievements for the year. |

|
| • |
Meet with successor to pass on materials and information. |
