2007 ICS Winners Chosen

The winners of the National Band Association’s 2007 “International Conducting Symposium” have been chosen. After extensive application review of all qualified candidates, the NBA Executive Committee takes great pleasure in announcing the participants for the 2007 event that will be held August 5-12 at the Canford Summer School of Sherborne School in West Dorset, UK.

Matt Brunner, doctoral student in Wind Conducting at Indiana University, and Eric Melley, master’s degree student in Wind Conducting at Louisiana State University, will be representing the National Band Association at this annual event in the United Kingdom this August. Congratulations to these two outstanding conductors, and best wishes for a successful week at the Canford Summer School.
