Ray Cramer Receives NBA AWAPA Award. Presention to be held December 2009Ray Cramer is the recipient of the 2008 Academy of Wind and Percussion Arts (AWAPA) Award. The announcememt was made at the 2008 NBA General Membership Meeting at the Midwest Clinic in Chicago. The presentation will be made next December at the NBA General Membership Meeting during the 2009 Midwest Clinic. All are welcome to attend the event.
